During your training, you will work in all relevant commercial departments and gain comprehensive insights into business processes. You will not only learn theoretical fundamentals but also assume responsibility in exciting projects early on.

Your tasks

• You will work actively in departments such as purchasing, sales, marketing, controlling, human resources and production
• You will support projects commercially – from the inquiry to the order and deadline monitoring
• You will learn how to book business transactions in accounting and gain insights into controlling
• You support the planning and preparation of production processes
• You will contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• You will learn about human resources and help shape employee processes
• You will take on your own small projects and develop into a commercial specialist in a practical way
• The training period is 3 years – with good performance, it can be shortened to 2.5 years

Your profile

• You have a qualifying secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate or (technical) high school diploma
  
• You are interested in commercial matters and enjoy working with numbers
  
• You are an organizational talent and have a structured, responsible way of working
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  
• You are characterized by teamwork, reliability and willingness to learn
• You can express yourself very well, both verbally and in writing, in German and well in English
• Team-oriented, appreciative and motivating work attitude
