To support the further growth of ANKER , we are currently looking for a Software Sales Manager (m/f/d) for retail checkout solutions in the DACH region at our location in Essen or remotely.

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Manager (m/f/d) to sell our innovative POS solutions / checkout solutions to large and medium-sized retailers in the German-speaking region (DACH). If you have extensive experience in software or solution sales, a strong network in retail and want to place our solutions with leading retailers, then you've come to the right place!

Your tasks

• Active sales of our POS and checkout solutions to large and medium-sized retailers in the DACH region
• Strategic acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customers, especially large retailers
• Presentation of our solutions and individual adaptation to the requirements of decision-makers and specialist departments
• Conducting contract negotiations and preparing customized offers for complex requirements
• Work closely with product management to develop customized solutions and increase market share
• Participation in trade fairs, industry events and conferences to expand your network and open up new business opportunities
• Analysis of market and competitive conditions to optimize our sales strategies

Your profile

• You have a degree in business, IT or a comparable qualification
  
• You have several years of experience in software sales, ideally in the field of retail technologies, checkout or checkout systems
  
• You have in-depth knowledge and a strong network in the retail sector, especially with large and medium-sized companies
  
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills, especially at decision-maker level (C-level)
  
• You have a high degree of initiative, goal orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
  
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
