Are you interested in modern manufacturing technology and want to learn how production facilities are controlled? Then start your training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) at ANKER!
During your training, you will learn about all the important areas of production and gain practical insight into industrial manufacturing processes. You will be gradually introduced to the use of machines and systems and learn how to design production processes safely and efficiently. Among other things, you will have the opportunity to learn about laser punching machines, robot cells, and press brakes.
Your tasks
- You will learn how to set up, operate, and monitor production machines and systems.
- You will learn about production processes and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.
- You monitor quality standards and perform simple quality checks.
- You identify disruptions in the production process and assist with troubleshooting.
- You assist with maintenance, cleaning, and repair work.
- You observe safety, health, and environmental regulations in the production area.
- You will work closely with production planning and quality assurance.
- During your training, you will take on smaller projects and independent tasks.
- The training period is two years – if you perform well, you can qualify as a metal technology specialist.
Your profile
- You have a qualifying secondary school diploma or high school diploma.
- You are interested in technical processes and mechanical relationships.
- You work carefully, reliably, and responsibly.
- You have manual dexterity and technical understanding.
- You are a team player, eager to learn, and committed.
- You have basic knowledge of computers and digital systems.
- You have good written and spoken German skills.
