During your training, you will work in all relevant commercial departments and gain comprehensive insights into business processes. You will not only learn the theoretical basics, but also take on responsibility in exciting projects at an early stage.
Your tasks
- You will work actively in departments such as purchasing, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and production.
- You provide commercial support for projects—from inquiries and orders to deadline monitoring.
- You will learn how to post business transactions in accounting and gain insights into controlling.
- You will assist in the planning and preparation of manufacturing processes.
- You will contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- You will learn about human resources and help shape employee processes
- You will take on your own small projects and develop your skills in a practical way to become a commercial specialist.
- The training period is 3 years – if performance is good, it can be shortened to 2.5 years.
Your profile
- You have a qualifying secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate or (technical) high school diploma
- You are interested in business matters and enjoy working with numbers.
- You are an organizational talent and have a structured, responsible way of working
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You stand out thanks to your ability to work in a team, your reliability, and your willingness to learn.
- You can express yourself very well in German and well in English, both verbally and in writing.
