To support the continued growth of the ANKER , we are currently looking for a part-time accountant (m/f/d) (25-30 hours/week) to join LocafoxGmbH at our location in Bielefeld.

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
• You ensure that everything runs smoothly when posting bank accounts and processing payments.
• You are responsible for organizing the dunning process and the entire receivables management process.
• You regularly reconcile accounts and keep track of open items.
• You are the internal and external contact person for all questions relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• You will play an active role in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• You reliably set up and manage SEPA direct debit mandates.
• You are responsible for maintaining and updating our customer master data.
• You issue invoices and ensure timely processing.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed commercial training or a degree program.
• You have professional experience in finance and accounting.
• You are characterized by a precise, structured approach to work and strong communication skills.
• You are confident working with numbers and have a high sense of responsibility.
• You are confident working with ERP and accounting systems; knowledge of DATEV and Zoho is a plus.
• You are familiar with the legal principles of accounting.
• You work reliably and are a team player.
• You have business fluent German skills, both written and spoken.
