To support ANKER continued growth, we ANKER currently ANKER a full-time (Junior) IT
Consultant (m/f/d) for POS / Retail at our office in Essen or Hamburg.

Your tasks

• You will advise our customers on the implementation and further development of POS solutions
• You will systematically gather requirements and prepare them for implementation
• You will be responsible for managing projects and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  
• You will conduct workshops and training sessions on your own
• You will actively support the projects during testing and go-live phases
• You will work closely with the development and support teams
• In presales, you’ll provide support for technical inquiries and contribute your expertise

Your profile

• You have some experience in the IT field or with projects (junior level), or you have several years of
  experience in IT consulting or project management
• A strong understanding of software and processes is what sets you apart
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers are among your strengths
• You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and actively contribute to finding solutions together
• Experience in the retail or POS sector is a plus
• You have excellent German skills and good English skills
