With its transition to an entrepreneurially-driven consortium of shareholders, the ANKER has reached an important milestone in its strategic development. Among the new shareholders is Partner Tech Europe, an internationally established provider of POS and retail technology. The goal of the new ownership structure is to ANKER strengthen ANKER innovative capabilities and tap into new growth opportunities in the European retail sector.

As part of the transaction, Partner Tech Europe is joining the group as a shareholder, bringing targeted technological expertise and access to international markets. Together with other shareholders who have extensive entrepreneurial experience, Partner Tech Europe will ANKER closely with ANKER in the coming years–with the clear goal of expanding the company’s existing market position and driving new initiatives.

ANKER an independently managed company headquartered in Bielefeld. Going forward, the collaboration with Partner Tech Europe will be intensified, particularly in the areas of product development, manufacturing, technological integration, and sales support. Customers can look forward to an even broader and more flexible range of point-of-sale solutions.
