The new shareholders include Partner Tech Europe, an internationally established provider of POS and retail technology. The aim of the new ownership structure is to further strengthen ANKER 's innovative power and tap into new growth potential in the European retail sector.
Partner Tech Europe is involved in the transaction as a shareholder and will contribute its technological expertise and international market access to the group. Together with other shareholders with entrepreneurial experience, Partner Tech Europe will work closely with ANKER in the coming years - with the clear aim of expanding the existing market position and providing new impetus.
ANKER will remain an independently managed company based in Bielefeld. In future, cooperation with Partner Tech Europe will be intensified, particularly in the areas of product development, manufacturing, technological integration and sales support. Customers can look forward to an even broader and more flexible range of solutions for the point of sale.
