  • You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) from us.
  • Send the RMA form completely filled out and signed by fax to +49 (521) 301-335 or e-mail returns@anker.net
  • After inspection by ANKER you can return your goods to us.
  • Please mark the return shipment clearly with the RMA number and enclose your RMA form with the shipment.
