At the same time, the intuitively operated set offers the possibility to individually adapt to the respective requirements and needs in the store and to grow with it. Whether it's a concept store, a kiosk, or a boutique with several branches, the POS system offers everyone what they need and can be easily expanded - from the digital receipt to the connection to the online store or the Zalando platform to smart merchandise management.

The perfectly matched hardware lineup

The ANKER bundle includes both the in-house LocaFox software and the corresponding POS hardware on the counter. This means that everything comes from a single source and processes run smoothly and reliably. The hardware components of the all-in-one package include a high-quality Samsung tablet incl. ANKER tablet holder, a receipt printer from EPSON, a SumUp Air EC terminal and the ANKER metal cash drawer - if desired, the system can also be supplemented with a hand scanner, a display, a label printer or other components. When delivered to the store, the system is already completely pre-configured and, thanks to Plug & Play, is ready for use immediately after unpacking without any prior knowledge. Nevertheless, ANKER offers free training and 24/7 support via mail, phone and WhatsApp.

On the software side, too, ANKER leaves nothing to chance. Based on everyday applications, the integrated in-house checkout software LocaFox is particularly easy to use - even without any prior knowledge. The tablet-based system with monthly cancellable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is also ideally suited for beginners. The app offers all the basic functions, which can be easily expanded according to requirements, depending on the software package from S to L: for example, to integrate an online store or an additional branch at a later date, or to expand the range of functions to include a customer database. It is always ensured that all cash transactions are stored in accordance with the GoBD and the KassenSichV. For this purpose, each transaction is recorded individually. A digital cash book and data backup in the cloud are also part of the all-round carefree package from ANKER. TSE is also included free of charge. If there are any changes in the law, there is a software update - so everything always runs according to the rules and there is no need for time-consuming preparatory work for the tax office. This relieves the burden on employees and promotes efficiency. Because with the help of the integrated DATEV interface, it is possible to prepare the data for the tax consultant and transmit it to the tax office. The system's digital receipt not only protects the environment, but also sends invoices and receipts automatically and conveniently by e-mail or QR code. However, if the Internet should ever fail in the store, this is also no problem for the cloud solution. Thanks to the offline function, cashing up is possible even without an active Internet connection, without data being lost.

Optimized merchandise management and flexible customization options

Furthermore, the clever POS system already knows the stock levels from package M and ensures that an up-to-date overview and valuable live statistics are always available. Which product is selling particularly well? How are sales or stock levels? LocaFox knows the answer. The integrated merchandise management system offers retailers of all sizes - from small businesses to multi-store chains - valuable functions such as a DATEV export and the ability to scan barcodes and incoming goods. It also provides the ideal basis for getting started on the Internet. This is because the POS system can be connected to the online store - and online checkouts or the Click & Collect feature can be used. The POS system is also flexible when it comes to payment methods. It accepts cash, vouchers, or contactless payment by EC or credit card. Employees benefit from the user-friendly interface of the POS system. They can easily and reliably cash up, issue discounts, accept returns or issue vouchers. Individual user profiles allow them to grant exactly the access they require.

With the all-in-one POS system, ANKER thus offers a comprehensive bundle that takes into account all eventualities of daily operations, offers a high level of security and reliability, and increases the convenience of shopping for both customers and employees.

The all-in-one package with basic hardware equipment includes a tablet, holder, receipt printer, SumUp Air EC terminal and a ANKER cash drawer, as well as the preinstalled software including support, onboarding and a one-year warranty for 644 euros. LocaFox as SaaS can be cancelled on a monthly basis and is available in package S from 39 euros per month.
