With its LocaFox POS software, the ANKER Group, expert for POS solutions, offers a practical all-in-one POS system that can grow individually with the user's requirements. Specially designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized retail businesses as well as kiosks, hairdressing and beauty salons, food trucks or cafés, the cloud solution offers all basic payment processing features - from cash to EC and credit card payments to vouchers - including returns and cancellations as well as a smart cash book. On request, this can be supplemented by an inventory management system, customer management and marketing functions such as the management of vouchers, discounts or customer cards. But the connection to the online store and the Zalando platform is also guaranteed, as is a DATEV interface for the tax consultant. The cloud solution is particularly easy to operate via a tablet and works even if the Internet fails. Thanks to the offline function, cashing up is possible even without an active Internet connection, without data being lost. At the same time, the system is legally compliant, guarantees compliance with KassenSichV and GoBD, and supports the implementation of DSGVO requirements. Last but not least, LocaFox offers extensive statistics and analysis options to optimize the performance of your own business on the basis of fact-based data and to make the right inventory decisions.

Future-proof and easy to operate

The LocaFox POS system comes exactly as it is needed - as software-as-a-service with certified cloud TSE, pre-installed on a tablet or including additional POS hardware such as a card reader, receipt printer and ANKER cash drawer. Optionally, it is also available as a full-fledged POS system with the fully equipped ANKER Retrokasse RK10. On the software side, the smart system is offered in four packages, the scope of which is geared to different requirements. From package S for sole traders and start-ups as an introduction to an all-in-one POS system, through M for retailers and the like looking for an intuitive solution for digitizing business processes, to L for multi-store retailers and enterprise, such as franchise companies. Thus, stationary retailers receive a comprehensive and, above all, future-proof POS system from 39 euros per month, which can be successively expanded - depending on requirements. For example, package S can be started with the pure cash register function and the smart cash book, and at a later point in time it can be easily switched to package M with merchandise management, inventory management, DATEV export function and online store connection. Thanks to the intuitive and user-friendly handling, LocaFox can be used without a lengthy training period, which is why it is particularly suitable for newcomers and users without technical experience.

Practical additional features

LocaFox offers various additional features to support smaller stationary retailers in digitization. For example, a smart cash book and comprehensive merchandise management functions including minimum stock warnings and order reminders are available. Inventory, invoice management and digital receipts are also popular modules.

Furthermore, LocaFox helps with the management of customer data, including compliance with the DSGVO, if desired. Among other things, customizable customer profiles can be created and customer cards generated, while existing customer databases can be easily imported as Excel files. But retailers also benefit from the POS system in the store, for example, by being able to print labels for products and product shelves or create barcodes for quick scanning at the checkout. All that is required is a label printer connected to the cash register.
